Ann and Terry Miller’s service was great. Terry picked us up at the Train Depot and gave us plenty of advice on ways to maximize our enjoyment while in Denali. The midsize SUV was perfect for the two of us. I would certainly use them again. Please note that they offer discounted tickets to tours and other attractions.

We rented from Keys to Denali in order to stay around the Denali Park area. Let me say that you will definitely need a car if you won’t be staying anywhere near the park entrance. That being said, we took the Alaska Railroad up from Anchorage and Ann picked us up right when we got off the train. She took us by van back to their location in Healy and along the way shared her knowledge of where to park at the Wilderness access center and where to sit in the bus while in the park. When we picked up the car they even provided complimentary coolers and bear spray to take into the park. We rented a Ford Escape that was in good condition and it cost about 300.00 for the two days and considering there isn’t much else in the way of car rental in the area, I thought it was reasonably priced. After we were done with the car, they drove us back to the train station. Awesome service!

We arrived at the Denali visitor’s center via the Alaskan Railroad. As we waited to pick up our checked luggage, we tried to remember what we were supposed to do next to retrieve our Keys To Denali rental car. That is when Terry stepped up to introduce himself and confirm that the car he had waiting in the parking lot was for us. As he drove us back to his office to finish up some paperwork, he gave us a quick rundown on what was what and how things worked around Denali including things to do and see, and places to eat. He also offered to loan us bear spray, hiking poles, and binoculars, which we graciously accepted two cans of bear spray saving us $80. Three days later, we returned the car and bear spray, and were shuttled back to the train station. We have never so effortlessly picked up and returned a rental car. Our visit to Denali greatly exceeded our expectations, much so thanks to the help we received from Ann and Terry before and after we got to Denali. Thank you!
