We were thrilled with the responsiveness and care of this company! We didn’t have reservations, but they brought a car to us within an hour or two of calling. They loaned us trekking poles and bear spray. They had maps and info as well. Then when we turned the car in they tagged our luggage for the railroad (saving us time and lugging) and dropped us off there. The car was new and clean. Highly recommend! What more could you ask?

We arrived at the Denali visitor’s center via the Alaskan Railroad. As we waited to pick up our checked luggage, we tried to remember what we were supposed to do next to retrieve our Keys To Denali rental car. That is when Terry stepped up to introduce himself and confirm that the car he had waiting in the parking lot was for us. As he drove us back to his office to finish up some paperwork, he gave us a quick rundown on what was what and how things worked around Denali including things to do and see, and places to eat. He also offered to loan us bear spray, hiking poles, and binoculars, which we graciously accepted two cans of bear spray saving us $80. Three days later, we returned the car and bear spray, and were shuttled back to the train station. We have never so effortlessly picked up and returned a rental car. Our visit to Denali greatly exceeded our expectations, much so thanks to the help we received from Ann and Terry before and after we got to Denali. Thank you!

These guys are great! Picked us up at the Train Station and dropped us off when we left. This is the only car rental in Denali so choices are limited. The people were friendly and helpful and the cars were good. Highly recommend if need a car and are in Denali
